As a volunteer, you will be involved in various activities, including but not limited to:
- Tree Planting: Help us grow a new forest by planting and caring for tree saplings.
- Seed Collection and Propagation: Gather seeds from native species and nurture them into robust plants.
- Weed Management: Combat invasive species to ensure a balanced and biodiverse habitat.
- Site Preparation: Shape the land, prepare it for new life, and construct erosion control structures.
- Soil Improvement: Enhance soil health through composting and other rejuvenation activities.
- Maintenance and Monitoring: Ensure newly planted life thrives by watering, mulching, and monitoring plant health.
- Forest Cleaning for Fire Resilience: Clear forests to reduce fire hazards and promote resilience.
- Forestry Work: Maintain forest areas, including tree planting and clearing invasive species.
- Shredding of Organic Matter: Process organic matter for use in soil improvement.
- Tree Nursery Work: Propagate and nurture young plants in the nursery.
- Land Clearing: Prepare land for planting and other activities.
- Transport of Material: Move materials as needed for various projects.
- Agricultural Cultivation: Plant, weed, and harvest crops in our vegetable gardens.
- Construction: Build eco-friendly structures such as paths, fences, stone walls, and signs.
- Pruning: Trim trees and plants to promote healthy growth.
- Carpentry: Create and repair wooden structures and tools.
- Education and Outreach: Educate the community about our project and assist in inspiring others to join.
- Community Events: Engage in workshops, tree-planting festivities, and guided tours to rally community support.
- Biodiversity Documentation and Mapping: Collect scientific data to track plant and animal species in our project area.
- Trail Creation and Maintenance: Improve accessibility across our project area for team members and visitors.

🕞 Working Hours
As a volunteer, you will be involved in various activities, including but not limited to:
- Active Support and Work: 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Regular Group Cleaning: Keeping communal areas clean and tidy.
- 9am - 12pm: Morning work session
- 12pm - 2pm: Lunch break
- 2pm - 4pm: Afternoon work session
Note: This is the regular schedule and may be adjusted according to climate conditions and implementation strategies.
💪 Mental & Physical Requirements
To ensure safety and effective participation, volunteers should:
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions.
- Maintain focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities.
- Be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Be capable of carrying gear or materials up to 10kg for distances up to 100 meters.
- Be at ease with physically demanding activities around land and earth regeneration and transformation, such as walking on uneven terrain, planting trees, and tending gardens.
- Be willing to participate in community practices and self-development tools.
- Be open to working collectively and respecting boundaries.
- Be conscious of the risks involved in tasks, especially in isolated mountain terrain.
